Comprehensive Inspection Reports delivered by OZ HOME INSPECTIONS INC. will be customized to the property inspected and will not be a computer-generated "standard" check-list report. Your report will identify areas and items that require attention, however you will not need to process countless pages of text that does not pertain to the property inspected.
Our reports are more comprehensive than typical reports because we have the ability to take as much space as needed to properly explain the defect observed. The report will include (where possible) photos of found problems to illustrate what we identified during the inspection. The report will also include many helpful links to help you further understand components of your home, as well as handy maintenance tips for homeowners.

In addition to these areas we also inspect:
- Where observed, we will inform on evidence of water encroachment into structure or damage from pest incursion into the home.
- We will provide a detailed observation of any recreational equipment including pools, saunas, and hot tubs and try to determine if additional investigation is required by an expert in the field.
- We will try to determine the presence of an on-site waste water system (septic system) and if found recommend that the current dwelling owner produce an inspection certificate dated within the last year.
